Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network to connect standard mobile phones. The Production Supervisor will oversee mechanical and electrical assembly of satellite systems and supervise a shift of 12-hour days (4th shift) with a 25% premium, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years supervising production teams, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, scientific, or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise satellite mechanical and electrical assembly operations.
• Coordinate personnel across shifts to meet schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Maintain 6S standards and housekeeping; ensure operational effectiveness.
