Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising production teams with ideally 10+ direct reports.
• Experience within manufacturing or technical assembly environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with MES or ERP systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise satellite assembly operations ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate production personnel to ensure on-schedule builds.
• Maintain operational effectiveness and support training and auditing.
• Coach and develop team members to foster collaboration.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve production challenges.
