Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment in lieu of degree.
• 1+ years of experience directly leading a team or project.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steer the collective efforts of electronics production associates.
• Enforce area standards and manage rules including reviews and disciplinary action.
• Ensure product quality and compliance to specifications.

Skills

Lean manufacturing training and experience

Experience with PCB manufacturing processes

Proficient with computers and MS Office

Education

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

Tools

Shop floor management software (ERP)
