AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical satellite assembly operations on our 2nd shift. You will lead a team of 10+ and coordinate across engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
Requires 5+ years supervising production teams and a strong emphasis on Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and adherence to work instructions and specifications. Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.

AST SpaceMobile and our global partners are building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network designed to connect standard mobile phones at 4G/5G speeds — on land, at sea, and in flight. The Production Supervisor will oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of complex satellite systems for AST SpaceMobile’s growing LEO constellation. This role is responsible for supervising production operations, ensuring quality and throughput, supporting continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing assembly workforce.
You will be working shift 2 which is 5:30 pm to 4 am Monday through Thursday (4x10 schedule).
