Job summary

Keter in Anderson, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role supervises production team members, plans shift work, and ensures safety, quality and efficiency.

You will train new employees, monitor productivity and scrap, manage downtime, and maintain accurate hours for payroll, while enforcing company policies and providing clear leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write reports and procedures.
• Ability to interpret regulations and business publications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and visual instructions and adapt to non-standard situations.
• Solid understanding of statistics, geometry, and applied math (fractions, ratios, percentages).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong multitasking and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team members.

• Suggest production method and equipment improvements.
• Maintain floor cleanliness.
