Job summary

You will oversee a multi-shift operation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and secure operations, while guiding a substantial team and coordinating with maintenance and other departments. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of a larger operations team including tasks, projects and production plans.
• Hire, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily activities of all team members within the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for scheduled and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic resource scheduling and manage up to 30 direct reports.
