The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, strong data and MS Office skills, and the ability to drive improvements on a Monday–Saturday night shift (10pm–6:30am). Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience, or 5–7 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for group settings.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data for decision making.
• Familiarity with MS Office and manufacturing reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Production employees and manage performance per policies.
• Interview, train, and assign work; conduct appraisals and discipline.
• Ensure personnel safety and food safety; maintain line rates.
• Coordinate crewing, line maintenance, and material changes to prevent defects.
• Coach and develop team members; foster problem solving and cross-training.
• Act as on-shift representative for emergency response and policy compliance.
• Ensure sanitation and GMP compliance; participate in HACCP activities.
• Produce documentation and communicate across shifts and teams.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
