Goldencustomercare is looking for a Production Operator for the night shift in Seward, NE. The role includes ensuring safety compliance, monitoring quality, and adhering to production schedules as prescribed by the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well both individually and within a group.
• Able & willing to work all shifts/schedules as needed.
• Lift to 60 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, stoop, sit, walk extensively throughout a 10 - 12-hour shift.
• This position will be required to work frequently indoors in a cooled sanitary environment with temperatures 45 degrees or below.
• Frequently around loud production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, complying with all safety, quality, and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to production schedule as outlined by the supply chain team.
• Correctly carry out any required quality checks and monitor products.
• Operate all equipment as outlined, conducting set up and breakdown of equipment.
• Cross-train to various positions within and outside of the department.
• Move products manually or with assisted devices/equipment.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain hygiene.
