• Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process to maximize safety, quality, culture and productivity.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of key issues to all staff.
• Drive the organization to focus on continuous improvement.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products in line with company goals and objectives.
• Establish and control production conditions including quality and maintenance to meet customer specs.
• Organize and direct workflow to satisfy production needs cost-effectively.
• Develop and implement cost-effective production process improvements.
• Maximize production line efficiency and effective labor utilization.
