Catalent is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Winchester manufacturing site. You will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met, and lead a team to drive productivity and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in Lean methods and managing personnel challenges. This is a 100% onsite opportunity with a 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field or 6+ years of manufacturing experience with high school diploma
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to guide teams
• Experience applying lean methods (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) and driving continuous improvement

Aufgaben

• Ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Costs are monitored to meet site metrics
• Train and supervise Process Leaders, Operators, and Direct Reports
• Manage PTO, medical leave, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed; maintain payroll records
• Identify employee development needs and support training programs
• Communicate performance goals to production teams and drive productivity
• Reduce deviations and improve first pass quality; support batch record revisions
