Cenveo in Kent, WA, is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am) to lead a production staff and ensure safe, high-quality output. The role will manage 35–40 direct reports, drive lean improvements, and coordinate with plant management to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/leadership role in production.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or related experience in manufacturing/industrial management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; positive company representation.
• Union experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Kronos timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety during shift and compliance with plant policies.
• Lead and develop employees, conduct evaluations, and coordinate training.
• Monitor payroll timekeeping and labor reporting.
• Execute and communicate production plans; manage staffing and equipment needs.
• Lead lean improvement efforts to reduce scrap and improve processes.
• Maintain quality standards and track reporting on hourly basis.
• Provide flexible scheduling to cover shifts and Saturdays as needed.
