Job summary

Cenveo Worldwide Limited in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am). Lead a team in a high‑volume environment, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

The role involves 35–40 direct reports, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays during peak periods. Degree preferred but experience accepted in lieu of degree; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in a production environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems (Kronos) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safety: ensure shift safety and adherence to plant policies; assist with investigations and corrective actions.
• Employee relations: coach, evaluate, and develop staff; assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Payroll: monitor and update Kronos timekeeping.
• Production: execute and communicate production plan; ensure staffing and equipment meet workload needs.
• Lean Leadership: drive continuous improvement and reduce scrap and rework.
• High Performance Workplace: foster teamwork and maintain quality and customer focus.
• Quality: monitor defects and ensure standard work and reporting.
• Schedule: provide coverage across shifts, including Saturdays as needed.
