Job summary

Cenveo is hiring a Production Supervisor for 3rd shift at our Kent, WA facility. You will lead a large production staff, ensure safety, quality, and on-time output while applying lean manufacturing principles.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in high-volume production environments, and flexibility to cover shifts and Saturdays as needed. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a production environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; experience in manufacturing considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety during shift and enforce plant safety policies.
• Lead a production team to meet the production plan and quality targets.
• Monitor timekeeping and payroll processes (Kronos).
• Drive continuous improvement with lean manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new and existing staff.
• Maintain high performance workspace with teamwork and open communication.
