Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading/developing teams to improve workflow and performance.
• Envelope-manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant production software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and investigating incidents.
• Execute and communicate production plans; monitor staffing and equipment needs.
• Monitor defect rates; ensure quality checks and reporting hourly.
• Lead continuous improvement by applying lean concepts and reducing scrap.
• Manage and develop production personnel through coaching and evaluations.
• Monitor payroll timekeeping; generate performance reports.
• Support production leadership and cover shifts as needed.
• Adhere to policies and collaborate effectively in a team.
