Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information to evaluate current work processes and determine flow, time requirements, costs, and duration.
• Develops strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of processes.
• Supports qualification and validation of new product introductions to ensure performance, manufacturability and quality.
• Provides technical support for equipment and process qualification/validation; identifies new technologies to improve processes.
• Leads and coordinates teams for process improvements and conducts root-cause investigations.
