Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Supervisor- Production for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3p–11p) to lead day-to-day manufacturing activities, drive safety and quality, and build a high-performing team. You will monitor productivity, coach staff through continuous improvement, schedule workloads, maintain production and maintenance records, and ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to solve cross-department problems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manage internal and external customer interactions.
