Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees with safety focus.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Work on the production floor addressing operational challenges.
• Monitor production performance and take corrective action.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, TPM).
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and overtime needs.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Communicate priorities and results to employees and leadership.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and labor requirements.
• Support employee engagement and accountability.
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
