Job summary

Catalent’s Winchester, KY site seeks a Warehouse Group Lead to manage processes and people for smooth material movement to/from production. Lead and support team members, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a productive work environment. Shift: Mon-Fri, 6 PM–3 AM.

Onsite in Winchester, KY. Role requires 3+ years manufacturing experience, leadership exposure at Catalent, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor's in Chemistry preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Leadership experience at Catalent or similar programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Warehouse Shift Leads and Material Handlers.
• Monitor material readiness to meet the production plan.
• Assist with daily allocation of people resources to meet production needs.
• Coordinate breaks, lunches, and PTO schedules to ensure coverage.
• Lead material movement to ensure production readiness and refer/box truck operations.
