Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory, Production - Nights to lead a high speed line in Chippewa Falls, WI. You will coach a 6–8 person team, train staff, and focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency on the production floor.

The role requires GMP/FDA familiarity, hands‑on equipment setup and troubleshooting, and a 2‑2‑3 schedule with 5pm–5:10am shifts. Beverage manufacturing leadership and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of packaging or manufacturing experience required.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Proficient organizational and computer skills (MS Office).
• GMPs, sanitation standards, and FDA requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 6–8 on the production floor and coordinate with 8–15 across shifts.
• Train production and injection molding staff; oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost controls; maintain equipment and work area.
