Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting machines is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, specifically for 12 hour shifts.
• Familiarity with GMP’s, sanitation standards, and FDA requirements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products according to schedule.
• Lead safety training for all direct reports.
• Communicate issues to relevant teams regarding production.
