The role leads overnight manufacturing operations, coordinating daily activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of production processes and workplace safety, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators during the overnight shift.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Support employee training, performance management, and workforce development initiatives.
• Identify and resolve production issues, equipment concerns, and process inefficiencies.
• Conduct routine inspections of production lines and equipment to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure accurate production reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other shifts to support seamless production transitions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment focused on continuous improvement.
