Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor (Nights) in Scranton, PA. You will lead a nights production team on a 2-2-3 pattern (7pm–7am), driving safety, quality and KPI performance in a highly automated environment.

This permanent on-site role offers a strong decision-making remit, structured development, and career progression as the operation grows. Competitive salary with a 12% bonus and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High-speed manufacturing background.
• Leadership / supervisory experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Technical or engineering background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your own production team.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, output, and KPIs.
• Coordinate shift handovers and prioritize floor issues to keep lines running.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and ensure schedule adherence across lines.
