Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience; OR associate degree with 4+ years; OR high school diploma/GED with 8+ years
• > Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• > Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• > Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• > Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• > Effective communication skills across all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Supervise, train, and assign work to production employees
• Monitor and achieve KPIs including safety, delivery, and productivity
• Schedule work, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed
• Address production, technical, and logistics challenges
• Analyze performance data to improve operations and reduce rework
