Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Olyphant to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time production goals. You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvements across GMP, 5S, and process controls.

Strong coaching, communication, and training skills are essential as you schedule, evaluate performance, and support maintenance to minimize downtime while maintaining a culture of high performance and strict

Qualifications

• Vocational or associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, managing task assignments, performance tracking, and absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality, quality, and timely goals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to meet shift-level targets.
• Facilitate employee training and development.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules.
• Ensure GMP compliance and 5S/CI methodologies.
