Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift (5am-5pm) at our Zephyrhills, FL facility. You will lead production associates, manage daily workload schedules, and ensure equipment and inventory readiness to meet production targets while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing with shift ownership.
• BA/BS degree preferred; supervision experience in production environment.
• Experience in beverage/food manufacturing with quality/hygiene regulations is a plus.
• Experience with production equipment, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and teambuilding skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to lift 50 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage Night Shift production associate activities and provide line support.
• Set daily workload schedules and coordinate with internal departments to meet production needs.
• Maintain and inventory all parts, supplies, and equipment used in the shift.
• Perform start-up, operation, changeover, and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure QA checks and load-in/load-out accuracy; support 5S and safety requirements.
