Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, retain, and counsel team members on benefits, policies, and performance.
• Guide the team and rotate workstations; verify daily production orders and shipments.
• Ensure all stations are staffed before production starts.
• Ensure machinery is operating and USDA inspections are passed.
• Promote safety through regular monthly meetings and ongoing training.
• Oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors to resolve issues.
• Educate staff on quality standards and continuous improvement.
