Crafted Staff is seeking a Production Machine Operator for a full-time, direct-hire role in McElhattan, PA. You will operate production and packaging equipment, inspect products for quality, and prepare items for shipment.

The position supports day-to-day manufacturing and follows safety and quality guidelines. This night-shift role runs 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple types of production and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production and packaging equipment.
• Start up and operate assigned machinery per procedures.
• Inspect finished products and perform quality checks.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Ensure raw materials are available for production.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to team leader.
