Scranton, PA (Commutable from: Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, Carbondale, Honesdale)

Are you a Production Supervisor from a high-speed manufacturing background, looking to take real ownership of performance, people and results with a company that supports long-term career growth?

This is a permanent, on-site leadership position with a well-established global manufacturer, where you'll be trusted to run the floor, drive KPIs, and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.

You'll be joining a highly automated, technically driven operation with strong tenure and a clear track record of promoting from within. They invest heavily in hands-on training and structured development, including Leadership Training, so supervisors can step up into bigger responsibility over time.

In this role you'll lead a production team on nights, coordinating safe, efficient output, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence across your line(s).

This role suits a supervisor motivated by leadership responsibility and building long-term success through ownership, accountability, and progression in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Lead and develop your own production team
