Job summary

McConway and Torley in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Production Supervisor for the Cleaning and Finishing Department on the 10pm–6am shift. You will manage day-to-day activities, lead a manufacturing team, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching Grinders, Welders, and C&F staff; enforcing standards; implementing process improvements; and maintaining inventory of critical items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in production leadership or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lead a production team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong safety and quality compliance awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Grinders, Welders, and other C&F Staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality requirements.
• Inspect and verify work is meeting our standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
