Job summary

Kerry Rothschild, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production associates on a 12-hour shift (5:30 PM–6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule in the Foundational Technologies, Pharmaceutical division. You will optimize production and sanitation activities, uphold GMPs and safety, and drive cross-functional teamwork to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Experience in GMP environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production associates, including assigning work and staffing.
• Schedule employees to optimize production and sanitation.
• Oversee training to meet Kerry’s quality and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, environmental sanitation and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS to resolve issues.
• Complete required production paperwork (SAP records, sanitation reports, CIP charts).
