Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years previous experience in Manufacturing or a production environment.
• Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and assist operators with downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance to optimize line performance.
• Lead training programs for production staff.
• Maintain food safety and quality and audit compliance.
• Set priorities and monitor team performance.
• Develop and implement procedures to support production strategy.
