Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee line employees, support the Maintenance and Operations Department, and ensure food safety and quality compliance.

The role reports to the Production Manager and is based at our Hendersonville location. The position requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 3–5 years in manufacturing, with strong PC and business software skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing or a production environment.
• Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work of line employees.
• Provide leadership and training to production staff.
• Maintain food safety and quality in line with audit requirements.
• Define project priorities and monitor team performance and process improvements.
• Develop and communicate procedures to support production strategies.
