Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Operator, Production Machine C-Shift to run downstream equipment and ensure quality products on the Aseptic line. You will work to maintain uptime, follow GMPs, and follow safety standards on a fast-paced beverage production line.

The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator.
• Experience in food/beverage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate labeler on the Aseptic line and verify processes.
• Operate the palletizer on the Aseptic line and ensure proper packaging.
• Maintain safety, quality, and GMP compliance across the line.
• Record data on cycles, downtime, and faults using Sherlock.
• Perform start-up/shut-down procedures and respond to alarms.
