Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Label Operator I for our Hendersonville, NC location. The role operates 1-2 labelers on the 2nd shift, ensuring efficient production with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Hendersonville, you will perform setup, adjustments, quality checks, and documentation while adhering to safety and SQF standards. Join a team focused on quality and reliability in beverage manufacturing.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to read operating procedures and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a production label machine following procedures.
Use labeling equipment to select, position, and secure machines for different bottle sizes.
Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Perform required quality checks and document results.
Complete label changes and maintain documentation per SOPs.
Maintain clean work area and follow housekeeping practices.
Train new employees in the assigned area.
