Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience and 1–2 years in food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMPs and Root Cause Analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a production team of 20–30 people per shift across multiple lines.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance through regular inspections.
• Maintain adequate staff levels and skill mix to meet production needs.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education
