Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall results of a multi shift manufacturing operations line(s).
• Model and promote the behaviors that ensure delivery of high-quality products while championing compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Initiate, manage and make decisions which impact product quality.
• Drive cost management with focus on margin, material utilization and CIP goals.
• Train others to improve manufacturing capability and cost management.
• Develop plans to train and develop employees and supervise staffing.
