Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a carbonated beverage production line across multiple shifts. You will coach teams, monitor quality, and drive improvements to ensure safe, efficient operations and GMP compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in a beverage or CPG facility, strong English communication, and Spanish bilingual abilities. Local travel across sites may be required with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Preferred college degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a consumer packaged goods facility.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background and drug screening.
• Flexible full-time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must have own transportation to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of carbonated soft drinks across multi-shift operations.
• Directly manage daily activities and long-term objectives of the department.
• Coach and influence employees under supervision.
• Provide supervision for one to three shifts in a seven-day environment.
• Monitor product quality with periodic inspections.
• Lead investigations to identify root causes of manufacturing problems.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety for crews and temporary labor.
• Coordinate across locations, shifts, or buildings as needed.
