Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment to maximize production quantity and quality. You will reinforce HACCP/GMP standards and lead preventive maintenance and changeovers across lines.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, electrical work, and implementing process improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical college preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ related field experience; beverage industry a plus.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); MP2 software and PLC experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and ability to implement OSHA training.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; pass background and drug tests.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and a flexible full-time schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers, answer line calls, and troubleshoot.
• Apply basic electrical skills.
• Repair and maintain high-speed production equipment.
• Follow lock out tag out procedures and OSHA training.
• Respond to calls from line supervisors or operators to repair equipment.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and manage changeovers.
• Install/rebuild equipment and perform pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Develop preventative maintenance needs and requirements.
• Enforce safety program and HACCP/GMPs.
• Participate in meetings and training opportunities.
• Ensure fair, equitable treatment of all employees.
