Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-6+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environment.
• 1-3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or people-leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production operations, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Experience interpreting production schedules, work instructions, operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, production, delivery, and operational goals.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, production sequences, and resource allocation based on production requirements.
• Review and analyze production schedules, work orders, reports, and data to determine production requirements and evaluate performance.
• Monitor production performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor processes, materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or issues affecting production.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, work instructions, quality requirements, production standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality issues, support root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Engineering.
