American Packaging Corporation is seeking a production supervisor in DeForest, WI, 3rd shift. You will directly supervise production staff, train team members, assign work, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include leading safety efforts, coordinating with maintenance, reviewing production metrics, conducting daily 5S audits, and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production employees and ensure adherence to policies and laws.
• Train employees and direct work assignments, reviewing performance.
• Lead safety initiatives and participate in safety programs and audits.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations to run schedules and resolve issues.
• Facilitate daily meetings, review production data, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.
