Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Wisconsin. The role leads production floor staff, drives employee engagement, and ensures a balance of quality, service, and efficiency to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include supervising associates, improving methods, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring accurate production documentation. Weekend and holiday work on a rotating basis is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of job-related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3 years of job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production floor employees to drive engagement and efficiency.
• Evaluate processes and methods to improve equipment performance, utilization, quality, and safety.
• Address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding production, quality, and work issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMPs, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Oversee and complete production paperwork and records.
