Job summary

American Packaging Corporation in DeForest, Wisconsin is seeking a loading/unloading associate for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). You will load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, stage materials, manage inventory of raw materials, and supply production with materials and in-process rolls.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, maintaining a safe work environment, completing cycle counts, handling AS400-receipt of materials, and adhering to all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate fork trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
• Stage materials and manage inventory of raw materials.
• Supply machines with raw materials and in-process rolls.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and maintain clean work areas.
• Receive material using AS400 system and create labels as needed.
