Three D Metals is seeking a night shift supervisor for the production department to lead a growing team. The role requires energetic leadership, hands-on oversight, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency on Sunday night through Thursday night 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
You will coordinate production schedules, monitor quality, train staff, enforce safety rules, and collaborate with other supervisors to meet daily targets and continuous improvement goals.

Three D Metals is currently looking for a night shift supervisor for the production department. We are looking for an energetic and adaptable candidate to lead our growing team. Coordinates orders to the production equipment and runs production of the plant efficiently.

Directly supervises hourly employees in the production department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
