Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Texas is seeking a supervisor to plan daily schedules, oversee staff, and ensure safe, efficient production aligned with customer needs.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics, strong leadership, and knowledge of lean practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment is expected. Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production scheduling, material management, and lean manufacturing principles preferred.

Work Environment
