Job summary

Peet’s Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM to midnight) in Brooklyn Center, MN. You will package coffee, ensure safety, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining production quotas.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and basic computer skills are required. 2nd shift may include overtime and weekend work based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial production facility.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals.
• Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Comply with all safety rules and food safety GMPs.
• Report safety and quality concerns to Leadership.
• Operate a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area.
