Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in the Carolinas seeks a Production Operator for the night shift to run the production floor while achieving safety, quality and throughput goals in a food-safe environment.

You will complete hourly quality and production reports, monitor product quality, and uphold GMP and food safety standards, while keeping areas clean and ready for production demand. Attendance is essential and flexibility to rotate shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred, not required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect products and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Keep general housekeeping in all production areas and assist with shift duties as needed.
• Maintain appropriate raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and cover relief duties as required.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance; adhere to rotating shift schedule.
