Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator to run daily production floor activities, ensuring safety, quality and throughput on assigned lines. The role requires completing hourly quality and production reports and performing visual and physical inspections to prevent defects.

Employees must adhere to GMP and food safety standards, maintain housekeeping, manage raw materials to minimize downtime, and be able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as production demands

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in field/manufacturing is not required but helpful.
• Experience in managing people/projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and inspect products for defects.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards; ensure clean, organized work areas.
• Monitor raw material levels to minimize downtime and stoppages.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
