Job summary

Grainwell Puffed Grains in Dyersville, IA is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the night shift to ensure proper setup, operation, and monitoring of continuous production lines, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

You will run steam generators, air compressors, monitor quality, perform changeovers, keep records, and uphold GMPs and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills to process instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills to inspect counts and calculations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor a continuous production line.
• Start up steam generators and air compressors.
• Verify water quality during start-up.
• Load seed and adjust processing parameters to meet specs.
• Perform product changeovers and maintain production flow.
• Maintain GMPs, health and safety guidelines.
