Grainwell Puffed Grains is seeking a Production Worker for the 2nd shift to help lead daily operations in a newly expanded facility. You will monitor processing equipment, adjust parameters, and ensure products meet customer specifications.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and adherence to safety and GMP guidelines. Training on 1st shift will precede permanent night shift scheduling at this location.

Qualifications

• Good reading and writing skills to follow instructions.
• Basic math to confirm counts in processing instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust processing equipment parameters to meet specs.
• Start up, operate, and monitor a continuous production line.
• Perform quality inspections and document deviations.
• Assist in safety, GMP compliance and housekeeping.
