Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, and startup/changeover/shutdown of equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Monitor batch formulas and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Handle inventory of wet/dry ingredients and raw meat.
• Calibrate and monitor processing and packaging systems to specs.
• Participate in startup, setup, and shutdown activities.
